Working closely with business and technology teams, you will help turn complex challenges into practical and sustainable solutions.\nBuild strong relationships with business stakeholders, understand their needs and translate business requirements into clear specifications for technical implementation.\nAnalyse new data requirements, develop and maintain data catalogues, and define data quality controls.\nInvestigate issues, identify root causes and present clear, actionable solution options.\nAnalyse business processes and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and data quality.\nValidate technical implementations and ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and stakeholder expectations.\nSupport feasibility assessments, transformation initiatives and project deliveries throughout the solution lifecycle.\nYou check these boxes:\nSeveral years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Analyst or in a comparable role, with the ability to challenge established processes constructively and maintain a strategic perspective.\nHands-on experience working in software development or IT transformation projects, ideally in an international or multi-country environment.\nStrong analytical and process management skills; experience in consulting or stakeholder advisory roles is an advantage.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills in English.
