We are responsible for a diverse integration landscape and modern DevOps toolchain supporting thousands of users and numerous business-critical applications.\nTo strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated DevOps Engineer who enjoys working with modern integration technologies, automation, cloud-native practices, and platform operations.\nWhat to do:\nOperate, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise-wide integration and platform services\n\nEnsure high availability, reliability, security, and performance of critical systems\n\nManage and support integration platforms, messaging systems, and CI/CD tooling\n\nAutomate operational tasks and infrastructure processes using DevOps best practices\n\nMonitor systems, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements\n\nSupport incident, problem, and change management processes\n\nCollaborate closely with development teams, architects, security experts, and business stakeholders\n\nContribute to platform modernization initiatives and continuous improvement programs\n\nParticipate in an on-call rotation (typically 1-2 standby duties per month)\n\nSome of the technologies you will work with include: IAM, OSB, Apache Kafka Streaming, API Management, Doxee Customer Communication Management, Git, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube, CI/CD Pipeline Engineering and Automation\n\nRequirements\nYou check these boxes:\nDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification\n\nProfessional experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, System Engineering, or a related role\n\nStrong understanding of Linux-based environments and enterprise application operations\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies\n\nKnowledge of one or more integration technologies such as Kafka, API Management, Service Bus solutions, or IAM platforms\n\nScripting and automation skills\n\nUnderstanding of monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting practices\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nFluent English communication skills\n\nTeam-oriented mindset with a proactive and service-focused attitude\n\nA nice to have experience would be with container technologies and Kubernetes/OpenShift, knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure automation and familiarity with ITIL\n\nWhy you will like us:\nPossibility to benefit and learn from our international, talented and passionate community at Erste\n\nInterest groups and clubs: Take part in discussions and get involved in projects.
