\n2. 牵头新线体自动化设备、工装治具、输送机构、工位设备IE专项评审：核查设备节拍匹配度、人机配比、工位负荷平衡、空间布局合理性、换型效率、运维成本、人员操作负荷，识别设备设计浪费、瓶颈工位、人机冲突、物流冗余等问题，输出评审整改报告; \n3. 负责新线体厂区Layout规划、工位排布、物料仓储/上料动线设计，优化人流、物流、信息流路径，消除搬运、等待、折返浪费，制定标准线体布局方案; \n4. 测算新线体标准工时、产线OEE目标、人均产出产能，编制线体人力配置方案、工位作业指导基准，搭建新线体IE基础数据体系; \n5. 跟进设备进厂调试、线体搭建、试产阶段IE验证工作，针对试产瓶颈、工位失衡、作业冗余问题快速优化调整，保障新线体按期量产、达成效率目标。\n（二）LCIA低成本自动化专项导入业务\n1. 负责新建线体+存量产线LCIA改善需求挖掘，围绕人工搬运、人工定位、重复取料、人工装配、物料周转等高人力、高重复性工位，梳理低成本自动化改善清单; \n2. 独立完成LCIA方案设计：精益工装、重力料架、滑移输送机构、定位治具、省力辅助机构、简易防错装置、无源传动机构等低成本、无电/少动力改善方案绘图、成本核算、效益测算; \n3. 对接加工、采购、现场班组，完成LCIA工装样件打样、现场调试、落地导入、作业人员培训，全程跟进项目闭环; \n4. 建立公司新线体LCIA标准化库、案例库、成本台账，沉淀无源自动化、低成本改善方法论，复用至后续所有新建线体项目; \n5. 管控LCIA项目投入成本，严控单套改善投入预算，以降人力、降工时、降作业损耗、降低线体运维成本为核心目标，杜绝高成本非标自动化替代; \n6. 跟进导入后LCIA装置运维、效果复盘、迭代优化，输出改善效益报告（人力节省、效率提升、不良降低、工时节约数据）。\n（三）其他日常IE&专项协同工作\n1. 新线体量产爬坡阶段，主导产线线平衡优化、作业标准化落地、现场5S精益落地; \n2. 配合生产部门完成新线体人员作业优化、产能爬坡、异常工艺浪费整改; \n3. 对接设备、品质、供应链部门，同步IE评审要求与LCIA改善标准; \n4. 完成上级交办的线体成本压降、精益改善、新项目IE复盘等专项工作。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1. 基础资质\n大专及以上学历，工业工程、机械设计、自动化、生产工艺相关专业，2-4年制造业IE工程师全职工作经验; 有新项目新建产线搭建、设备IE评审、LCIA项目独立导入实战经验优先。\n2. 专业技能\n- 精通IE工业工程核心工具：线平衡、标准工时、Layout布局、产线节拍规划、人机工程、七大浪费分析;
