lifecycle from discovery to delivery in a fast-paced environment (Agile)\nConducting UAT and gather feedback to iterate and improve\nFacilitate meaningful discussions using Empathy with stakeholders and clients to uncover deep user insights, and align priorities.\nTransparently track, analyze, and evaluate product performance metrics to uncover improvements, share candid insights, and iterate for continuous growth in Honesty.\n\nRequirements\nWhat Capabilities You’ll Need (Requirements)\nMin. 2 years of experience in product development with a deep understanding of F&B markets and order management\nStrong experience in launching and managing products from idea to market\nProven track record and strong experience in successfully launching and managing products from concept to commercialization\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions\nComfortable working in an agile, dynamic, and high demand environment\nFamiliar with product development tools such as such as Jira and Trello\nSelf-driven to get sourced and find opportunities and customer oriented\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nManage to work with honesty, agility, and empathy\n\nBonus Points\nSuccessful track record of developing integrated applications, such as ERP or equivalent.\nAdded value if you understand API Integration.\nHave experience in an ERP System or an e-commerce
