Position Description Dublin Stations currently comprise of Poolbeg, Dublin Bay Power and North Wall power plants. The successful candidate will assume the role of Shift Team Leader Dublin Stations. The successful candidate will assume a first line management role within the Operations team in Dublin Stations. The shift team leader is responsible for the safe, efficient, reliable and commercial operation of the generating plant and for other duties as may be assigned by the Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be a team player and self-starter with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and manage, develop and motivate team members. They will also have a demonstrable ability to communicate and relate effectively with staff at all levels in the organisation Key Responsibilities Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all plant on site. Ensuring the safety of all personnel under his/her control. Leading and directing the shift Operations team in their day-to-day activities, rostering, assessing training needs, developing staff and managing individual performance plans.
