met.\n\nPrepare and deliver technical documentation, presentations, and usertraining when required.\n\nRequirements\nMinimum\nQualifications:\nBachelor’sdegree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Computer Science,\nManagement Information Systems, or a related discipline.\n\nPreferredto hold Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) and/or Oracle Certified\nAssociate (OCA) certifications.\n\nESRIcertification is an advantage.\n\nMinimum\nExperience:\nMinimumof 5 years of professional experience working with ESRI products,\nincluding ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, and Portal for\nArcGIS.\n\nMinimumof 3 years of experience working with Oracle and/or SQL Server databases.\n\nJob-Specific\nKnowledge & Skills:\nStrongproficiency in ESRI products (ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS\nOnline, Portal for ArcGIS, and related tools).\n\nExperiencein Oracle and SQL Server database management.\n\nAbilityto work independently on assigned projects as well as collaboratively\nwithin a team environment.\n\nProficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.\n\nStrongprogramming skills in languages such as Python, PL/SQL, C#, VB.NET, HTML5,\nand/or
