brute-force attacks, Fail2Ban, firewall configuration, ACLs, and rate limiting.\n\nExperience integrating Asterisk with external systems, including CRM, billing, antifraud solutions, and APIs.\n\nExperience using AMI / ARI to integrate Asterisk with backend systems.\n\nUnderstanding of financial systems requirements, including reliability, auditability, and logging.\n\nAbility to quickly understand and troubleshoot complex or legacy systems.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nMaintain and continuously improve the company’s telephony platform.\n\nEnsure the stable operation of support, collections, and sales communication channels.\n\nConfigure and maintain IVR menus, call queues, and routing logic in line with business processes.\n\nIntegrate the telephony platform with internal services, including CRM, backend systems, and billing.\n\nEnsure high availability and minimize system downtime.\n\nMonitor call quality and key performance metrics, including SLA, ASR, and ACD.\n\nIdentify and resolve latency and call-quality issues.\n\nOptimize system performance and support infrastructure scaling.\n\nUpgrade and improve the existing VoIP infrastructure.\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation covering call flows, routing, and integrations.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend, support, and
