You will lead the management team, drive operational excellence, and ensure that the business unit delivers on its strategic and financial objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nTake overall responsibility for the business operations, profitability, and sustainable growth of the IBU.\nLead and develop the management team while promoting ESCATEC’s vision, mission, and values.\nCoordinate activities across the IBU and ensure the effective implementation of approved business plans to achieve defined goals and objectives.\nDrive operational excellence and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of operations, processes, and organizational performance.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ESCATEC’s Standard Operating Procedures (ESCASOP).\nDevelop and grow business with existing customers while actively supporting business development activities for new accounts.\nAnalyze costs, operational performance, activities, and forecast data to monitor progress against business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.\nPrepare the annual IBU budget and, once approved, take appropriate actions to achieve or exceed agreed financial targets.\nMaintain and ensure the effectiveness of the internal control system to support sound business and financial management.\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance across the organization.\nSkills, Experience & Qualification\nPossess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent\nEntrepreneurship, management skills and leadership skills\nResourceful, pro-active, independent and result oriented personality\nAt least 10 years of relevant working experience in similar fields and positions\nExcellent command of German and English\nKey Result Areas (KRA)\nAchieve agreed profitability (NPAT) targets.\nEnsure strong customer satisfaction and delivery performance.\nMaintain high quality standards and minimize customer complaints.\nOptimize inventory levels and inventory ratio.\nDrive strong return on capital employed (ROCE).\nEnsure effective working capital
