launch new products from concept through mass production.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage NPI (New Product Introduction) projects through respective NPI gates\nLead the team to manage the day to day issues and progress in NPI activities\nCustomer interface for respective NPI projects\nManage the project schedules to meet deadlines\nManage NPI documentation accordingly\nPlan projects around validation & approval gates\nSkills & Experience\nMinimum 3 years' experience in New Product Introduction\nMust have both project management & engineering or SMT/electronics manufacturing experience\nData driven decision making and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work under pressure and within tight schedule\nGood communication, interpersonal & leadership skills are essential\nExcellent spoken and written English skills\nSupport post project reviews, lesson learned and continuous improvement initiatives\nMust be highly motivated and able to work independently\nMust be willing to travel internationally on occasion\nKnowledge for MS Project, MS Excel, AutoCad\nKnowledge in PCBA and Box builds manufacturing processes with identified CTQs\nKnowledge of industry references (IPC 610&600, IPC J-Std, ISO13485, IATF16949)\nKnowledge in Cleanroom and ESD control environment\nKnowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control)\nQualifications\nDegree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic
