and improving manufacturing processes, equipment and automation systems to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist Engineers in the following tasks:\nSupport the setup and implementation of new automation systems, ensuring that process flow charts, work instructions, standard process times, jigs, fixtures and machines are properly prepared and available.\n\nPerform engineering evaluations and prepare technical reports.\n\nConduct equipment, jig and fixture buy-off activities.\n\nVerify and validate standard process times.\n\nSupport process improvement and optimization initiatives.\n\nSet up, operate, maintain and provide technical support for automation systems and machines.\n\nPerform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and automation systems.\n\nParticipate in Kaizen activities and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nPerform Manufacturing Execution System (MES) setup and troubleshooting.\n\nPerform any other duties as assigned by the superior.\n\nSkills & Experience\nMinimum 3 years of working experience in electrical/electronic manufacturing or a related industry.\n\nHands-on experience in automation system assembly, setup, maintenance and troubleshooting, work instruction preparation, and jig and fixture setup.\n\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.\n\nAble to work independently, self-motivated, committed, results-oriented and a good team player.\n\nExperience with routing machines, conformal coating, potting and robotic soldering would be an added advantage.\n\nQualifications\nDiploma or Certificate in Industrial, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Robotics or Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent
