KPI.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead a production team independently, meeting customer demand or orders increasing in short period of time, recover backlog if any, work towards low volume and high mix production, and follow company standard operating procedures.\nTo monitor and supervise the production operators, material handlers and line leaders in achieving high quantity and quality output through conducting training with regular periodic follow up and reviewing their work performance.\nFollow up daily attendance, resolve grievances, compile inventory of Work- In-progress, record daily output/test yield & efficiency and ensure employees are well disciplined.\nManage resources efficiently to achieve company objectives, improve efficiency and productivity and implement continuous improvement plans.\nTo lead the team of production operators & line leaders to meet production targets such as conduct morning briefing or GYAT meeting to create their awareness without time wastes and quality prevention before work start.\nInteract with supporting groups & business division to meet customer satisfaction.\nWork in a matrix structure, actively involve and provide services to MyCom needs and goals\nEnsure daily active SFC is closed on time and minimize scrap cost.\nFully utilize the machine at production according to the standard time given with the proper machine schedule or production master plan.\nTo maintain 5S housekeeping at all times in order to work in safe and better working environment\nSkills & Experience\nPreferably 4 years experiences either in electronics or plastic injection molding\nMust possess strong leadership skills & ability to communicate effectively with support groups & other departments\nMust have at least 1 year computer knowledge\nQualifications\nAt least diploma in electronic or related
