Join us and be a part of a dynamic company that values creativity, collaboration, and excellence.\nThe Role\nThe Test Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and improving tester and functional test systems to ensure reliable tester performance and minimize production downtime. The role also supports tester setup, debugging, preventive maintenance, NPI and engineering changes, while ensuring tester readiness, capability and continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nTroubleshoot and resolve tester downtime issues promptly to minimize production impact.\n\nEnsure availability of support during production runs to minimize production impact.\n\nPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring tester failures.\n\nMaintain and upgrade test systems to ensure high availability and reliability.\n\nPerform new tester & ICT/MDA setup, debugging, and buy-off, ensuring the tester & ICT/MDA meets performance targets defined by Management, including GR&R and Cpk studies for both in-house and customer-consigned testers.\n\nPerform preventive maintenance on testers.\n\nResponsible for the tester continuous improvement towards tester optimization, test yield improvement and tester downtime reduction.\n\nResponsible for creating Passed/Failed test samples.\n\nEnsure availability and control of tester spare parts.\n\nSupport NPI and engineering change activities by ensuring tester readiness and capability.\n\nPrepare complete test documentation for the tester.\n\nPerform any other duties assigned by superior.\n\nSkills & Experience\nMinimum 3 years of experience in PCBA and functional test systems troubleshooting.\nStrong experience in automated test systems and instrumentation troubleshooting.\nExperience in tester setup, debugging, buy-off and preventive maintenance.\nKnowledge of GR&R and Cpk studies for tester performance evaluation.\nExperience in root cause analysis and corrective action for tester failures.\nGood understanding of tester continuous improvement, test yield improvement and downtime reduction.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.\nGood problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAble to work independently, self-motivated, committed, result-oriented and as a good team player.\nQualifications\nDiploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics
