Основные задачи:

  • Обработка входящих запросов от клиентов
  • Организация и проведение встреч с ЛПР компаний
  • Поиск и привлечение новых клиентов, поддержание отношений с действующими клиентами
  • Подготовка презентаций, консультация по продуктам компании
  • Ведение договорной работы
  • Анализ грузовой базы конкурентов
  • Анализе себестоимости текущих тарифов
  • Ведение отчетности в CRM и Excel

Мы ожидаем от тебя:

  • Понимание рынка мультимодальных и внутрироссийских перевозок
  • Высшее образование (логистическое будет преимуществом)
  • Уверенный пользователь ПК, MS Office, CRM
  • Навыки ведения деловой коммуникации, клиентоориентированность, эффективный тайм-менеджмент
