This role acts as an internal consultant to business stakeholders, applying problem-solving and analytical skills to recommend, configure, and support technology solutions that scale with the organization's growth. This role reports to the Lead, Business Systems.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nSystems Administration & Support:\nAdminister, customize, implement, and integrate business applications, including releases and upgrades.\nConfigure, test, deploy, and own system customizations.\nProvide training and ongoing system/technical support to internal users.\n\nBusiness Partnership & Analysis:\nCollaborate with cross-functional business partners to deliver technical and process solutions supporting organizational strategy.\nCollect, combine, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and drive efficiencies.\nSupport teams in their effective use of business systems.\n\nReporting & Documentation:\nDevelop reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.\nCreate process documentation and diagrams.\nDevelop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for data integrity, change management, and system usage.\n\nContinuous Improvement:\nIdentify, evaluate, and recommend tools and capabilities to support and improve business processes.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of core system functionality and internal business processes.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (MIS, IT, Business, Computer Science) preferred.\n3+ years of hands-on experience administering and customizing Salesforce and NetSuite.\nAdvanced knowledge of Salesforce limitations, tools, features, and security requirements; experience across multiple Salesforce modules is a strong asset.\nExperience using Salesforce Flows, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and performing day-to-day Salesforce administration\nExperience implementing and integrating third-party applications and tools with Salesforce.\nSolid understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Channel Operations business processes and workflows.\nWorking knowledge of Power BI\nHands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteBilling, and SuiteAnalytics.\nKnowledge of banking and financial system integrations.\nExperience designing, maintaining and optimizing approval workflows and reports\nExperience with Dell Boomi is considered an asset.\n\nCore Competencies:\nStrong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving\nClear written and verbal communication\nAbility to work independently with minimal guidance, and collaboratively across teams\nBusiness acumen paired with technical execution\nCustomer-service orientation toward internal stakeholders\n\nThis posting is for an existing vacancy\n\nCompensation Range:\nThe expected base salary range for this role is $90K to $105K CAD. This range is for the primary location for which the job is posted.
