By combining open XDR platform technology, 24/7 threat hunting, and proven security operations leadership, eSentire's award-winning MDR services and team of experts help organizations anticipate, withstand and recover from cyberattacks..\n\nAbout the Role:\nWe are looking for a strong, hands-on and technical Senior Product Manager to own and strengthen a meaningful part of eSentire's Exposure Management portfolio.\nYou will own a defined Exposure Management domain end to end, initially centered on Attack Surface Management and Atlas Vulnerability Management. Your mandate is broader than running two products: build a clear customer journey from discovering exposure, through understanding and prioritizing risk, to driving remediation and validating that risk has been reduced.\nYou will work across customer discovery, product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, requirements, engineering execution, launch and adoption. This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn ambiguous security problems into concrete product decisions while keeping customer outcomes and broader strategy in view.\nYou will report to the Principal Product Lead, Offensive Security, with structured onboarding, ongoing mentorship and product context, while owning your domain with significant autonomy.\nResponsibilities:\nStrategy, roadmap and measurable outcomes for your Exposure Management domain.\nA coherent experience across attack surface and vulnerability workflows, including discovery, prioritization, remediation and validation.\nCustomer discovery with security leaders, practitioners, analysts and other users involved in exposure reduction.\nClear requirements, prioritization and day-to-day product decisions in close collaboration with engineering.\nCross-functional execution with security research, analysts, design, sales, marketing, customer success and service delivery.\nLaunch, adoption, product metrics and evidence-based decisions about what to improve, scale, change or stop.\nThe evolution of the domain toward stronger remediation capabilities over time.\n\nRequirements:\n5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B enterprise technology.\nMeaningful experience in Vulnerability Management, Exposure Management, Attack Surface Management, CTEM or remediation workflows.\nStrong technical depth and a track record of working closely with engineering on complex products.\nExperience owning a meaningful product area end to end, from customer problem and discovery through launch, adoption and outcomes.\nAbility to turn ambiguity into clear decisions, requirements and priorities without hiding behind process.\nStrong customer discovery and commercial judgment, with the ability to work across technical, security, service and go-to-market teams.\n\nAI product judgment Requirements\nAI is increasingly relevant to how security products interpret evidence, prioritize work, investigate context and explain decisions.
