We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking and creative concepting with hands-on campaign experience.\nPlease note this is an individual contributor (m/f/n)position.\nWhat does it take?\nDevelop strategic concepts and frameworks for demand generation campaigns and translate them into scalable, multi-channel programs\nTranslate product launches and strategic priorities into clear campaign narratives, activation plans, and scalable toolkits based on Product Marketing messaging\nBrief and guide creative teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality campaign assets\nBring hands-on experience in full-funnel management, with strong understanding of how campaigns drive impact from awareness to pipeline and revenue\nWork closely with Sales to align campaigns with commercial priorities, target accounts, and pipeline goals\nApply segmentation, intent data, and vertical approaches to improve targeting and campaign relevance\nEvaluate campaign performance, gather insights from markets, and continuously optimize frameworks and approaches\nIntroduce campaign programs to regional teams and support market rollout and adoption\nPlease note this is a temporary position (maternity cover)\nWhat we are looking for\n7+ years of experience in B2B marketing is a must, ideally in cybersecurity, IT, telecom, or enterprise technology\nProven experience planning and executing campaigns end-to-end (hands-on execution background required)\nAbility to translate strategy into actionable campaign concepts and frameworks\nExperience working closely with Sales and understanding funnel metrics (MQL, SAL, pipeline, revenue)\nGood understanding of integrated marketing across digital and offline channels\nFamiliarity with segmentation, intent data, and account-focused marketing\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills in cross-functional, global environments\nFluent English (C1;
