and is eager to grow their skills in automation, containerization, virtualization, and deployment processes while collaborating closely with development and IT teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nCI/CD Pipelines: Assist in designing, maintaining, and improving CI/CD pipelines for internal projects.\nKubernetes & Containerization: Deploy, configure, and manage Kubernetes clusters; maintain Docker images and container registries.\nVirtualization: Operate and maintain virtualized environments, including KVM-based infrastructure.\nNetworking: Support basic to intermediate networking tasks such as connectivity troubleshooting, load balancing, and service exposure.\nInfrastructure as Code: Work with IaC tools for automated infrastructure provisioning.\n Monitoring & Observability: Integrate and manage monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure system reliability and performance.\nSystem Administration: Administer Linux systems and support internal platform services.\nSecurity & Compliance: Collaborate on applying security policies and DevSecOps best practices.\nCollaboration: Work closely with development teams to streamline deployments and improve delivery processes.\nRequired Experience\n2+ years of experience in DevOps or a similar role.\nHands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).\nBasic to intermediate knowledge of Kubernetes administration and application deployment.\nSolid understanding of Linux system administration.\nExperience with Docker and container technologies.\nBasic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, troubleshooting).\nUnderstanding of security standards and best practices.\nPreferred Experience (Nice to Have)\nExperience with KVM or other virtualization technologies.\nFamiliarity with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix).\nKnowledge of AAA systems (AD, FreeIPA).\nFamiliarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).\nExperience with installation, configuration, and operation of platform services such as:Kafka or other messaging systems\nRelational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB)\nMonitoring and metrics backends\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly and assertively.\nEnglish proficiency (B1 or higher) for technical
