related touch points for medium-complexity product areas. \nTranslate user needs, research findings, business requirements, and technical constraints into practical design solutions. \nCreate and iterate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and detailed design specifications. \nParticipate throughout the design process, from discovery and concept development to validation and delivery. \nCollaborate with Product Managers, developers, researchers, QA, and other stakeholders. \nEnsure design quality, consistency, accessibility, and alignment with established UX and Design System principles. \nClearly communicate design decisions, rationale, and constraints to stakeholders. \nParticipate in team critiques, design reviews, and other UX activities. \nContribute to coherent end-to-end experiences across products and touch points. \nValidate concepts and design decisions through usability testing, research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback. \nWymagania\nRole expectations \nAt least 2 years of relevant experience in UX, Interaction or Product design. \nEducation in UX, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Architecture, Product Design, or a related field. \nA portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving approach, and outcomes for digital products. \nStrong skills in Figma and prototyping tools. \nExperience with user-centered design processes, including research, ideation, prototyping, and validation. \nAbility to understand and communicate technical topics. \nStrong communication and presentation skills. \nBusiness proficiency in English, both written and spoken. \n\nBonus points for \nExperience with B2B products or complex digital platforms. \nExperience working with Design Systems. \nExperience with usability
