Working closely with business and IT teams, you will analyze requirements, processes, and solution needs and support their implementation.Job description\nYou will be responsible for:\nCollaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, prioritize, and validate business requirements.\nAnalyze business needs and processes, identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions.\nFacilitate workshops and meetings to clarify requirements and align stakeholders.\nTranslate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, and other relevant deliverables.\nWork closely with business and IT teams to assess solution options and impacts.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation.\nDevelop and maintain business analysis and process documentation.\nSupport solution implementation through requirements clarification, validation, UAT, and change activities.\nEssential Requirements:\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in an IT environment.\nStrong knowledge and practical experience with business analysis and requirements management techniques.\nAbility to analyze business needs, processes, and systems, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions.\nExperience in translating business needs into clear and structured business and functional requirements.\nGood understanding of business process analysis and modeling; knowledge of BPMN and/or UML is an advantage.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.\nUnderstanding of IT solution delivery and project management principles, including Agile and/or traditional approaches.\nEnglish at B2 level.\nDesirable Requirements:\nBusiness Analysis certification.\nExperience with data analysis or data modeling.\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, process modeling tools, or similar solutions.\nUnderstanding of systems, APIs, and integrations from a Business Analyst perspective.\nAwareness of AI, automation, and emerging technologies and their potential impact on business
