In this role, you’ll combine your technical expertise with strong communication skills to support our sales efforts, empower our partners, and ensure our customers get the most out of our technologies.\nThis role focuses on reseller education and enablement through structured, repeatable online training sessions.\nYou will deliver a portfolio of 10-15 pre-defined sessions, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution across different reseller audiences.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDeliver engaging presentations and demos of our security solutions (including Endpoint, Encryption, MFA, ECOS, LiveSense, EDR, and MDR).\n\nLead proof-of-concept and proof-of-value projects for prospective customers.\n\nCollaborate with Sales to qualify customer needs and design tailored solutions.\n\nSupport the entire customer lifecycle - from technical validation to successful onboarding.\n\nMaintain accurate records and technical feedback in CRM systems.\n\nAssist with partner and internal enablement, providing both remote and in-person training.\n\nStay up to date with cybersecurity trends and continuously develop your skills.\n\nManage and maintain demo and testing environments for internal and external use.\n\nContribute to team projects and help prioritize tasks to achieve business objectives.\n\nWhat You Bring\n2-3 years in a technical or sales engineering role, ideally within cybersecurity or IT infrastructure.\n\nStrong understanding of enterprise security environments and governance, risk, and compliance principles.\n\nWorking knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux administration.\n\nExperience with network setup, monitoring, hardening, and troubleshooting.\n\nFamiliarity with virtualization, server infrastructure, and encryption technologies.\n\nConfident communicator able to present to technical and executive audiences (CISO level).\n\nStrong problem-solving mindset and a collaborative approach.\n\nPassion for learning and
