Driving product adoption, as does internal collaboration to mitigate renewal risk and advocate for customer needs.\nKeeping on track with ESET's product offerings and spearheading\ncustomer advocacy initiatives are essential responsibilities.\nMoreover, if customers demonstrate interest in upgrading to a higher tier of\nproduct or service, or express a desire for early renewal, the TAM refers them to the Sales Department and work together to provide\nseamless experience to the customer.\nFUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES\nManage a portfolio of selected customers, guide customers through onboarding and provide expert advisory services.\nPresent the service to the customer and ensure that their expectations align with the service's scope.\nComplete the initial assessment forms with customers.\nEnsure customer satisfaction with the service. Update the customer on the progress of unresolved technical support cases or reported\ndetections/incidents.\nOrganize and lead periodical call with customers.\nProactively inform customers about new releases, EOL updates, and other relevant information.\nREQUIREMENTS\nEducation:\npreferably Masters degree (completed IT-related education or equivalent qualification)\nExperience:\n3+ years of experience on the similar position\nKnowledge:\nTheoretical and practical knowledge in the IT environment \nUnderstanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), network architecture and application software\nLanguage:\nFluent English (at least B2 level)\nSoft skills:\nHigh analytical skills and structured way of working \nVery good verbal and written communication\n Basic wage component (gross): from 2000 EUR\nPerformance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).\nThe final basic wage component can be increased
