not limited to) are the following:\nData Products Team Participation\n Serve as a member of the Data Products Team, collaborating closely with: \n Product Manager\n Geodata Analyst \n Fellow GIS Technicians \nCore Data Product Maintenance, Enhancement & Quality Control\n Support ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and QA/QC for Whitestar core products, including: \n ParcelSD, ParcelsHD, ParcelsHD+ \n CultureHD \n WellsHD \n Research additional data sources, as assigned \nCustomer Service, Processing & Technical Support\nProcess, deliver, and provide technical support for: \nSubscription-based products \nParcelSD, ParcelsHD, ParcelsHD+ \nCultureHD \nWellsHD \nTrueGRID™ \nOne-off customer orders for the same product line \nMonitor and respond to LiveChat communications \nRedirect sales-related inquiries to appropriate internal team members \nSupport customer technical inquiries related to data content, formats, and software usage \nCommunicate professionally with customers via email, LiveChat, phone, and face-to-face interactions \nRequirements\nProficiency with, or ability to quickly learn\nWindows Operating System\nEsri ArcGIS Pro\nMicrosoft Office Suite\nWorking familiarity with SQL language\nCustomer & Training Skills\nAbility to provide training and troubleshooting to current and prospective customers\nStrong written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels\nAbility to train and educate future technical staff\nDemonstrated professionalism and customer-focused mindset\nYou will develop knowledge of:\nWhitestar and ESG documentation, standards, and operating procedures.\nGeospatial data quality assurance (QA) processes and review techniques.\nScripting concepts used to support and refine GIS data pipelines (as exposure and training are provided).\nOngoing GIS best practices through webinars, internal training, and professional development resources.\nRunning and validating prepared FME Workbench files (FMWs) within established data workflows.\nSkills and competencies required to progress toward GIS Technician II, including increased independence and task complexity.\nDesirable:\nCollege degree in GIS, Geography, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\n1-2 years of professional GIS or geospatial experience\nRecent GIS Graduates\nAble to demonstrate ESGs key values of\nExcellence: be
