Software Development Engineer

We're looking for a highly motivated SDE to join our engineering team and help build the systems that power e-commerce fulfilment at scale. You'll start by shadowing the existing team to get up to speed on our codebase, tools, and domain and quickly move into owning features end-to-end, from design through deployment. This isn't a 'watch and learn' role. We're building products from the ground up, and we want someone who's ready to build and ship alongside us.

Responsibilities:

• Shadow the engineering team initially to ramp up on our stack, codebase, and the e-commerce logistics domain.
• Take ownership of features from understanding requirements to designing, building, testing, and deploying them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable full-stack code.
• Debug and resolve issues across the stack, moving fast without compromising quality.
• Document code and processes to support knowledge sharing across the team.
• Continuously learn new technologies and tools as our product and domain evolve.

Requirements:

• Strong full-stack engineering skills with a build-and-ship mindset: you'd rather ship something real than polish something theoretical.
• Comfortable picking up new technologies and unfamiliar domains quickly.
• Prior production experience (internships, projects, or personal products that real users touched) is a big plus.
• E-commerce is a fast-moving domain; we need someone who can adapt quickly, reset context easily, and solve problems independently.
• Genuinely excited to build products from the ground up, not just maintain existing ones.
• Currently pursuing or a recent graduate in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Solid grasp of programming fundamentals and proficiency in at least one language (Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, etc. ).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
