(SOPs) and work instructions.\nApply lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste.\nCapacity & Resource Planning\nConduct capacity analysis to support production planning.\nRecommend manpower allocation and equipment utilization strategies.\nSupport factory expansion or reconfiguration projects.\nData Analysis & Reporting\nCollect and analyze production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.\nPrepare reports and dashboards for management decision-making.\nMonitor KPIs such as productivity, cycle time, and space utilization.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.\nSupport new product introduction by designing layouts and processes.\nProvide technical guidance to supervisors and operators.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.\n3+ years of experience on Industrial Engineering role or related field.\nStrong knowledge of lean manufacturing, ergonomics, and process optimization.\nProficiency in CAD tools for layout design (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Visio).\nAnalytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with simulation software (e.g., FlexSim, Arena).\nKnowledge of Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies.\nFamiliarity with ERP/MRP systems.\nProject management experience in manufacturing environments.\nSkills\nMES, Vacuum Pumps, Cad Engineering, MS Visio, Manufacturing Engineering, Lean
