actions.\nPeriodic Maintenance\nPlan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for mechanical equipment.\nMonitor equipment performance and reliability, ensuring minimal downtime.\nCoordinate with maintenance teams to resolve mechanical failures quickly.\nManufacturing Support\nProvide technical support to production teams on tooling and equipment usage.\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in tooling and maintenance activities.\nSupport new product introduction (NPI) by preparing tooling and equipment readiness.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve tooling efficiency and equipment reliability.\nApply lean manufacturing and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles.\nDrive cost reduction initiatives through tooling optimization and maintenance improvements.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.\nExperience in tooling design, fabrication, and maintenance within manufacturing.\nKnowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX).\nStrong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.\n\nPreferred Skills\nHands-on experience with CNC machining or tool fabrication.\nFamiliarity with TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.\nKnowledge of ERP/MRP systems for
