As a Contracts Manager, you'll lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of key customer agreements while collaborating closely with Legal, Sales, Professional Services, Finance, and executive leadership. If you're intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and eager to help shape best practices in a global technology organization, we'd love to hear from you.\nKey Tasks/Duties:\nManage a key portion of the contract lifecycle - specifically, the drafting, reviewing, revising, negotiating, and finalizing of contracts such as: Master Services Agreements, SaaS Agreements, and Statements of Work.\n\nCollaborate with Legal, Sales, Professional Services, Customer Experience, Finance and Executive Management teams to ensure contracts adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to internal stakeholders and external parties.\n\nAssist in the development and implementation of contract management processes, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.\n\nConduct periodic contract reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.\n\nHandle other special projects as assigned.\n\nEssential Experience:\nBachelor's degree from accredited college or university\n\n8-10 years experience in software/SaaS commercial contracting\n\nBackground in business law, contract negotiations, new technologies, and international environment\n\nExperience in procurement practices\n\nStrong understanding of contract law, terms, and conditions, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex legal concepts effectively\n\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate cross-functionally\n\nHigh level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organization, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines\n\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and drive operational excellence.\n\nHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to grow\n\nWorking Conditions:\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer\n\nTravel:\nAbility to travel up to 5% of working hours\n\nSalary Range: $145,000-175,000 + incentive\nWe are currently not accepting applicants for this role from HI, AK, CA, MT, or DC.\nThisposting will closeon Wednesday, October 21st at 12CT.\nEmployee Benefits\nStudent loan repayment assistance\n\nFlexible work schedule, summer hours, and work from home options\n\nPaid time off for community outreach and volunteer opportunities\n\nYearly stipend for employee wellness, hobbies, or educational activities\n\nDog-friendly work environment\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits package\n\nCome as You Are\nEsker is an equal opportunity employer that celebrates diversity and is committed to maintaining an inclusive and mutually respectful work environment.
