Area\nMonitor, analyse and optimise allocated plant processes to improve safety, efficiency, reliability, availability and environmental performance.\nInvestigate process deviations, equipment performance losses and recurring plant problems; determine root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.\nDevelop, evaluate and manage plant modifications through the approved engineering change process, including design reviews, risk assessments, commissioning and post-implementation verification.\nPlan and execute engineering projects and technical work packages by defining scope, requirements, risks, resources, schedules, quality controls and acceptance criteria.\nProvide authoritative process-engineering advice to Operations, Maintenance, Chemistry, Projects and management, cause analysis, risk assessment, failure investigation and problem-solving methodologies\nEngineering design, plant modifications, commissioning, configuration control and change
