no-code platforms)\nData structuring and schema design\nSystems thinking principles\nProcess mapping and diagramming (ex: Miro, Whimsical)\nModular design and reusability\nError handling and debugging in automation tools\nKnowledge management systems\nVersioning and documentation of workflows\nCross-platform integration (ex: Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, CRM)\nUX for internal tools and dashboards\nConditional logic and triggers\nTime-based automation and scheduling\nChange management and stakeholder alignment\nTeaching and mentoring in async and live formats\nLow-code enhancement (optional but useful: JavaScript, Python basics)\nContinuous improvement and feedback loops\n\nCandidate must have strong analytical and planning skills\nCandidate must exhibit good communication
