This role delivers solutions that enable key capabilities across the organization. It plays a critical role in enabling capability delivery while maintaining architectural integrity and business alignment.\nAccountabilities:\nSolution Design & Delivery Alignment\n•Design end-to-end solutions delivering business needs while maintaining our enterprise architecture standards and approved patterns. \nCollaborate with product owners, delivery teams, developers, data architects and infrastructure to ensure solution feasibility.\nEnsure use of modularity and reuse of APIs, data, integrations and services. \nDecompose business problems into logical architecture components and capabilities. \nCreate solution architecture documents, diagrams and integration specifications. \nBusiness Collaboration & Capability Alignment\nEnsure technology solutions align with business capabilities and value streams in collaboration with stakeholders.\nMap solutions to the business capability model \nAssist in developing the domain architecture components\nCollaborate with business systems analysts, data team, and process team for requirements \nParticipate in discovery workshops, capability planning and vendor evaluations.\nSupport domain owners and product teams in capability centered design discussions. \nArchitecture Standards and Governance\nPromote consistency and compliance with architecture standards and guidelines. \nPresent solutions for review and participate in architecture review.\nContribute to reference architecture definitions and reusable design patterns.\nEvaluate technical debt risk and recommend modernization options.\nMentor IT staff in best practices and architectural thinking. \nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree required\n5+ years of experience designing solutions in IT\nDemonstrates alignment with ESL’s Core Values, mission, vision, and Purpose to help our community thrive and prosper\n\nKnowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks\nDeep understanding of API design and integration patterns\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms\nStrong analytical skills\nProven leadership and the ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nPreferred Qualifications:\nDeep understanding modern data architecture frameworks \nExperience with Microsoft Fabric Analytics Platform (Azure Data Factory, OneLake, PowerBI) \nWe’re committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
