teaching team, enabling them to develop outstanding outcomes for our learners\nA willingness to act as a delegated authority in the absence of the Headteacher. \nContribution to the educational and social development of each young person \nThe ability to form effective relationships with young people, their families (if appropriate) and external agencies\nTo ensure that young people’s views and wishes are sought and acted upon where appropriate\nEnsure that appropriate resources and environment exist for individual pupils referred to the service, and that opportunity for inclusion are available to all our students\nTo contribute to the relevant sections of the self-evaluation\nTo liaise with other teachers and teaching assistants in the team to ensure effective deployment of
