Our model is unique because it incorporates a flexible, child led curriculum based on where that child is in their education journey.\nEsland's Grantham School is a specialist setting for children and young people with social, emotional, special educational and mental health needs, supporting ages 8 to 16.\nThe role:\nWe are currently seeking an experienced and qualified teacher, with a particular focus on PSHE/SMSC development.
