Objectives\nProvide administrative and operational support to the Head of Operations.\nCoordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and operational priorities.\nSupport operational projects and venue launches.\nAct as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and member communications.\nSupport customer retention and member satisfaction initiatives.\nCoordinate communication between operations, coaches, venues, schools, and members.\nManage operational documentation, reports, expenses, and records.\nSet of Required Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours\nKey Responsibilities\nExecutive Assistant (Primary Role)\nManage the Head of Operations' calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence.\nPrepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes.\nFollow up on action items and operational projects.\nMaintain confidential documents and records.\nCoordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.\nSupport procurement, office administration, recruitment coordination, and onboarding.\nTrack operational expenses and maintain records.\nMember Happiness Executive (Secondary Role)\nRespond to member enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.\nSupport bookings and customer follow-up.\nHandle complaints and coordinate resolutions.\nSupport member communications and retention initiatives.\nAssist during competitions, events, and venue activations.\nMaintain accurate customer records.\nSupport venue teams during busy operational periods.\nDesired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent.\nDesired Experience\n2-5 years' experience in executive administration, operations support, customer service, or office management.\nExperience in the sports, education, hospitality, or service industry is advantageous.\nJob-Specific Knowledge & Skills\nExcellent organisational and time-management skills.\nAbility to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\nProfessional
