This role is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery and commercial growth of ESM's Sports, Enrichment, Music, and Holiday Camp programmes across a portfolio of schools.\nThe successful candidate will focus on building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring operational excellence, delivering outstanding customer service, coordinating holiday camp operations and administration, and maximising venue utilisation and commercial performance.\nKey Objectives\nRelationship & Business Development\nBuild and maintain excellent relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders within allocated venues.\nCreate a cohesive ecosystem to achieve and exceed revenue targets set by senior management. Stakeholders include School Principals, Athletic/Sports Directors, ASA/ECA Coordinators, MSOs, and Parent Relations Executives.\nSet up and manage changes to the schedule of each facility timetable.\nBe available remotely (on-call) for one evening each week to support incident handling and operational escalations if required.\nAudit and quality assure programmes and support the development of Sports & Enrichment.\nWork holistically with each allocated venue to achieve the best possible access times and schedule of activities and programmes to enrich students and the local community.\nManage and business develop Sports & Enrichment programmes at all venues, including After School Activities, Academies, Events, Holiday Camps, and Adult Facility Rental.\nManage all camp-related customer enquiries and communications across email, phone, website, and Trengo, ensuring timely responses and excellent customer service.\nLiaise closely with the Facility Rental Commercial Team for appropriate handover of all onsite bookings.\nEmbrace and meet standard operational, camp, and HSE targets as set by senior management.\nEnsure all activities and programmes adhere to local laws and the rules and regulations of governing bodies.\nSet of Required Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours\nDesired Qualifications\nDegree in Business, Sport Management, Education, Hospitality, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).\nHealth & Safety Level 3, IOSH, or NEBOSH equivalent.\nDesired Experience\nProven experience in schools, sports, and/or enrichment fields.\nProven experience in relationship management and customer service.\nBasic experience in administrative roles.\nA passion for sports and enrichment/music activities.\nJob-Specific Knowledge & Skills\nHigh level of IT skills including CRM systems.\nCustomer service focused and driven to deliver excellent customer service.\nSports background and general understanding of sports.\nAbility to
