Each billing customer you implement is billing cleanly within weeks of go-live, on the date in the plan, with a clean handoff to support. \nAbout the role \nWhen an agency or billing company buys Logis Billing, the first months decide whether it trusts us. If the setup is right, claims go out clean and cash arrives on time. If it is wrong, claims reject, payments do not post, and the customer feels it in their bank account. \nYou take a customer from kickoff to their first clean billing cycle. You learn how they bill today, configure Logis Billing to match, move their data, train their staff, and stay with them through go-live until the money is moving. Then you hand them off cleanly to support and Customer Success. \nWhere we are headed \nLogis Billing is growing, and AI agents are already taking repetitive work off billing teams. Every new customer is a chance to set them up for that future from day one. \nYou will implement for agencies and billing companies of every size, and help shape the playbook as the product changes. \nWho ESO is \nESO is the first responder for the first responders. Our mission is to improve community health and safety outcomes through the power of data. \nHow you support the mission \nYou support the mission by making sure agencies can collect what they are owed, so they can keep crews on the road and equipment in service. A clean go-live protects their revenue and their trust in us. \nYou support your team by doing it the same way every time: following the playbook, writing down what you learn, and asking for help early when a project starts to slip. \nWhat you will do \nRun each implementation \nOwn a set of Logis Billing implementations from kickoff to handoff, each on a dated plan in the project management platform with health, risks, and next steps current every week. \nRun discovery: how the customer bills today, their payers, fee schedules, codes, clearinghouse, and reports. \nRaise risks early to your team lead, and to the customer, with a plan to recover. \nConfigure and convert \nConfigure Logis Billing to the configuration standards: payers, fee schedules, codes, claim rules, clearinghouse enrollment, and remittance and posting. \nPlan and check data conversions, so open balances and history arrive correct. \nRun the user acceptance test (UAT) checklist with the customer and get sign-off before go-live. \nTrain and hand off \nTrain the customer's billers and office staff on the workflows they will use every day. \nStay with the customer through their first billing cycles until claims and payments are flowing. \nHand off cleanly: Logis Billing support in Customer Care owns tickets, and Customer Success owns the relationship. \nTime tracking \nLog your time in real time, as you finish each issue or task, in the time tracking system, by customer and type of work. \nHow success is measured \nTime to value: days from kickoff to the customer's first clean billing cycle, against the standard for the project size. \nGo-lives on the date in the project plan, and right the first time, with no serious defect in the first 30 days. \nEvery project plan current each week: dates, health, and next steps. \nCustomer satisfaction (CSAT) at go-live and at handoff. \nClean handoffs: tickets in the first 60 days after go-live go to support, not back to you. \nTime logged in real time and completely, to the team standard. \nBenefits & Perks\n\nESO offers a comprehensive suite of benefits to promote health and financial security for our employees and their families.
