THE JOB

  • Coordinate the delivery and smooth operation of the Diploma in Management.
  • Conduct lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for DIM modules.
  • Develop and maintain teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
  • Ensure academic quality and compliance with TVEC requirements.
  • Monitor student progress, provide academic guidance, and maintain programme records.
  • Liaise with academic staff and management to ensure effective programme delivery and student satisfaction.

THE PERSON

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching, academic coordination, or industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of academic programme coordination and curriculum delivery.
  • Familiarity with TVEC standards and vocational education requirements will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.

•Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve academic objectives.
