You’ll work closely with the UX team, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences in high-impact software solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain complex front-end applications using Angular, along with modern front-end technologies such as TypeScript, RxJS, React, Vue.js, and related UI frameworks and tools.\n\nTranslate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable code.\n\nEnsure performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.\n\nCollaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and build end-to-end solutions.\n\nImplement testing strategies, including unit and integration testing.\n\nDrive UI architecture decisions and promote best practices in front-end development.\n\nStay up to date with modern JavaScript frameworks, libraries, and industry trends.\n\nParticipate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and mentor junior developers.\n\n Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for SuccessDelivery of pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.\n\nLow bug count and high performance in production environments.\n\nStrong peer feedback from code reviews and collaborative sessions.\n\nHigh usability and maintainability of the front-end codebase.\n\nContinuous contribution to improving UI development practices and component libraries.\n\nTimely and reliable delivery of features within sprint commitments.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n4+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development, with at least 2+ years in Angular.\n\nProficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).\n\nStrong knowledge of Angular CLI, RxJS, state management (e.g., NgRx), and component-based design.\n\nExperience with RESTful API integration and API security.\n\nFamiliarity with build tools (Webpack, Vite), version control (Git), and CI/CD processes.\n\nExposure to other front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.\n\nUnderstanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.\n\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.\n\nExperience in mentoring junior developers or leading front-end initiatives is a strong plus.\n\nFamiliarity with figma is a plus\n\nStrong understanding of software engineering best practices, including clean code, component reusability, and SOLID principles.\n\nBuild AI-powered interfaces using AI tools ( v0.dev,Builder.io,Figma Dev Mode / Plugins,Claude Code)\n\nAbout eSpace \neSpace is a leading IT company with over 25 years of experience delivering mission-critical systems for governments, enterprises, and startups.
