the Role\nWe are looking for a skilled and motivated Power PlatformEngineer to join our team and support the design, development,implementation, and maintenance of business solutions using Microsoft PowerPlatform.\nThe ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365, with a strongunderstanding of business process automation and application development.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.\nDevelop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.\nBuild automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate.\nWork with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 to develop integrated solutions.\nDevelop dashboards and reports using Power BI.\nIntegrate Power Platform solutions with external systems and APIs.\nAnalyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.\nWork closely with business users, project managers, functional consultants, and other technical teams.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, integration, and performance issues.\nFollow best practices for application security, governance, performance, and maintainability.\nManage solution deployment across development, testing, and production environments.\nPrepare technical documentation, user guides, and solution specifications.\nParticipate in testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.\nStay updated with new Microsoft Power Platform features and capabilities.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n3–5 years of experience in application development, automation, or Microsoft Power Platform.\nStrong hands-on experience with:\nPower Apps\nPower Automate\nPower BI\nDataverse\nSharePoint Online\n\nGood understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem.\nExperience with REST APIs and system integrations.\nKnowledge of Power Fx, JSON, and basic JavaScript/HTML/CSS.\nUnderstanding of relational databases and SQL.\nExperience with application lifecycle management and Power Platform environments.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to work independently as well as part of a project team.\nGood to Have\nMicrosoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-500.\nExperience with Dynamics 365.\nExperience with Azure services and integrations.\nKnowledge of Power Platform CoE, governance, and security.\nExperience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.\nExposure to Agile/Scrum development
