functionalteams and business stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, customise, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions.\nDevelop custom applications and functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.\nConfigure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation.\nDevelop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.\nBuild responsive user interfaces using Lightning Experience and LWC.\nIntegrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.\nAnalyse business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.\nWork closely with Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and business users.\nTroubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application, integration, and performance issues.\nPerform unit testing, system testing, UAT support, and production deployment.\nFollow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and governance.\nManage deployments using Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, or DevOps tools.\nPrepare technical documentation and maintain solution specifications.\nProvide post-production support and continuously improve existing Salesforce solutions.\nStay updated with new Salesforce releases, features, and development practices.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n3–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.\nStrong experience with:\nApex\nLightning Web Components (LWC)\nSOQL/SOSL\nSalesforce APIs\nSalesforce Flows\nTriggers and Apex Classes\nSalesforce Security and Sharing\n\nGood understanding of Salesforce data model and standard/custom objects.\nExperience with REST/SOAP integrations and external systems.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment processes.\nExperience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.\nGood knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.\nFamiliarity with Git and Salesforce CLI is preferred.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication and stakeholder-management skills.\nGood to Have\nSalesforce certifications such as:\nSalesforce Platform Developer I\nSalesforce Platform Developer II\nSalesforce Administrator\nSalesforce Platform App Builder\n\nExperience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.\nExperience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.\nExposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.\nExperience with DevOps and CI/CD practices.\nKnowledge of Agile/Scrum
