You will work directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across the Group.\nYou will not be an observer. You will solve real problems, lead real projects, and contribute to decisions that shape how Esquel grows.\nWhat You’ll Do\nWork on high-impact projects across manufacturing, technology, and automation.\nApply AI, data science, and advanced technologies to real operating and business challenges.\nBuild cross-functional knowledge - from production floor to customer-facing retail.\nEngage with global customers, partners, and technologies.\nSupport the development and execution of our transformation strategy.\nDevelop the judgement, resilience, and leadership capacity to grow into a general management role.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nMindset & Competencies\nRequirements\nEducation\nUndergraduates or postgraduates of any discipline, with less than 3 years of working experience.\nLanguage & Mobility\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
