This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, maintaining strong financial controls, and contributing to month-end and year-end closing activities to support the organization's financial integrity and performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the full spectrum of accounts payable (AP) functions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies.\nProcess supplier invoices, staff expense claims, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.\nBuild and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to facilitate smooth financial operations.\nRespond promptly to vendor inquiries and provide updates on payment status and account matters.\nAssist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation and posting of journal entries.\nSupport statutory and regulatory compliance requirements, including external audits and tax-related filings.\nMaintain organized and accurate accounting records and documentation in accordance with company policies.\nCollaborate with the Finance team on ad hoc projects, reporting requirements, and process improvement initiatives.\nRequirements\nDegree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.\nWorking knowledge of the Yardi accounting system is an advantage.\nMinimum of three years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.\nStrong proficiency in accounting software applications and Microsoft Excel.\nExcellent attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and commitment to quality.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.\nBenefits\nGrow with us - Career growth and learning\nWe believe our greatest strength lies in the growth and development of our team.
