It will involve providing BAU support to end user in Yardi Voyager across multiple regions. The role will act as the main interface between the business teams and the relevant technical resources. There will also be a component to the role providing process and technical expertise with ongoing Group Technology optimisation projects.\nKey Accountabilities - including but not limit to:\nSupporting and maintaining business systems including user management, queries, application support, etc.\nEliciting and documenting requirements from business stakeholders while acting as the main interface between the business teams and the relevant technical resources\nDeveloping functional/technical requirements e.g., acceptance criteria\nCoordinating testing to determine effectiveness of solution\nPrepare documentation and train resources for end users of the system\nHelp with identifying bugs reported by end users and raising support cases.\nRequirements\nEssential\n2+ years Yardi Voyager experience in a Business Analyst or a Systems Orientated role\nSolid Excel Skills\nExperience in system implementation and maintenance\nHigh attention to detail\nStrong ability to understand business and system processes\nStrong communication & stakeholder management skillsets\nSelf-starter with demonstrated ability to use initiative, work without supervision and assume full responsibility for completion of tasks\nProactive and willing to look for ways to improve processes and procedures\nDesirable\nCA/CPA Qualified or at least working towards it\nExperience in the Property Industry would be a strong advantage\nUnderstanding of databases or common query languages (SQL)\nAbility to converse in Japanese or Korean language skills would be advantageous to liaise with Japanese / Korean stakeholders\nBenefits\nGrow with us - Career growth and learning\nWe believe our greatest strength lies in the growth and development of our team.
