In this role within our Accounting Department - supporting our Accounts Payable team - you will leverage your problem-solving and organizational abilities to prepare, process, and maintain accurate accounts payable records. \nJoin our busy collaborative team onsite at our stunning campus in Redlands, CA.\nResponsibilities\nReview all invoices for assigned vendors for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment\nPrepare and process payment of invoices, including check, ACH, and wire transfers\nProcess 3-way purchase order match for invoices into SAP ERP system; reconcile vendor statements, credit cards, discrepancies, and overpayments\nProvide accurate documentation and records management in accordance with company policy and general accounting practices and principles\nRespond to all inquiries from internal and external customers utilizing the shared mailbox\nPerform general office assignments as needed to support the team\nRequirements\n1+ years of experience in accounting support\nStrong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality\nEffective organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines\nStrong communication skills with internal and external customers across phone, email, and Microsoft Teams, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively \nProficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; ability to use a variety of online systems\nAbility to work both independently and within a team environment\nVisa sponsorship is not available for this posting.
