We welcome you to Esri where you’ll find room for innovation, respect for your subject matter expertise, and an expectation to help our customers.\nResponsibilities\nDiscover customer needs and craft geospatial solutions that cater to the electric, gas, water, sewer, stormwater and telecommunications industries\nConfigure ArcGIS apps, tools, and information models for industry-specific uses\nProvide input into product design aspects to assure our products are simple to use and provide a great experience for our customers\nWork closely with customers, software development, business development, and professional services teams to define and develop solutions\nDraft and review ArcGIS Solutions product briefs, presentations, and documentation\nDesign and author test cases for functionality, performance, scalability, and durability; execute both manual and automated tests, analyze test results, and report results\nContinually assess product quality, release readiness, and maintain existing ArcGIS Solutions\nPresent and evangelize solutions to internal and external audiences\nRequirements\n2+ years of professional experience in the utilities, infrastructure or telecommunications industries and experience applying ArcGIS to support specific industry workflows\nDemonstrated ability to design, develop, and document GIS solutions that span across organizations and incorporate web, mobile, and desktop applications\nCreative problem solver and a team player\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nBachelor’s degree in geography or related field\nRecommended Qualifications\nKnowledge of utility data management, asset management, and related utility workflows\nProgramming experience with scripting languages such as Python or Arcade\nExperience with ArcGIS Pro and configuring web-based GIS applications\nTotal Rewards\nEsri’s competitive total rewards strategy includes industry-leading health and welfare benefits: medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance for employees (and their families), 401(k) and profit-sharing programs, minimum accrual of 80 hours of vacation leave, twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
