As a Product Engineer II supporting business applications, you will serve as a product and platform steward for Esri's enterprise product operations platform, guiding its roadmap, governance, adoption, and continued evolution.\nYour primary focus will be an Airtable-based platform that centralizes product business rules, release planning, operational change requirements, workflow management, task tracking, and readiness activities across multiple business units. You will combine platform expertise, product thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to improve operational outcomes, strengthen data and process consistency, and help teams successfully adopt new capabilities.\nResponsibilities\nServe as a product and platform steward for the business application supporting product operations and organizational release readiness\nPartner with Product Owners and operational stakeholders to identify process needs, define desired outcomes, and prioritize platform improvements\nManage the intake and evaluation of enhancement requests, balancing stakeholder impact, dependencies, governance requirements, and long-term platform health\nConfigure and optimize platform workflows, automations, interfaces, and business rules that improve the consistency and efficiency of product operations\nCoordinate operational readiness activities for platform changes, including acceptance criteria, user validation, documentation, communication, launch support, and post-release review\nMaintain and prioritize the platform backlog and contribute to roadmap planning based on operational impact, stakeholder needs, risk, and organizational readiness\nEstablish and maintain governance standards for platform configuration, product business rules, data quality, access, documentation, and change control\nOversee product information workflows across Airtable, ServiceNow, and related enterprise platforms, helping ensure reliable data exchange, clear ownership, and alignment with established business rules\nMonitor platform health, adoption, data quality, and workflow effectiveness to identify risks, recurring issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement\nDevelop enablement resources and provide guidance that helps stakeholders effectively use platform capabilities and follow established operational processes\nEvaluate new platform, automation, and AI capabilities and recommend applications that improve product operations and release readiness outcomes\nFacilitate post-launch reviews, gather stakeholder feedback, and translate findings into prioritized platform and process improvements\nCreate and maintain product documentation, knowledge articles, governance guidance, support resources, and operational procedures\nRequirements\n2+ years of experience supporting, configuring, administering, or improving enterprise business applications or operational platforms\nExperience supporting a product or platform through discovery, prioritization, implementation, release readiness, adoption, and sustainment\nExperience translating operational needs into platform configurations, workflows, business rules, or prioritized enhancements\nExperience coordinating user acceptance, release readiness, change adoption, or post-launch support activities\nExperience with workflow automation, platform scripting, integrations, APIs, or data exchange concepts\nUnderstanding of product management practices, including discovery, backlog prioritization, roadmaps, acceptance criteria, and outcome measurement\nExperience supporting platform governance, data quality, documentation, access, or change-control standards\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend sustainable improvements\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders\nIncorporate appropriate security and data privacy safeguards into work activities, communications and deliverables to protect sensitive, confidential and regulated information\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a STEM-related field\nRecommended Qualifications\nExperience with product operations, release management, platform management, or business systems ownership\nExperience administering or optimizing Airtable or a comparable low-code, workflow, or work-management platform\nExperience managing enhancement intake, backlog prioritization, or roadmap planning\nFamiliarity with change management, user enablement, and platform adoption practices\nExperience defining operational metrics, analyzing platform usage, or measuring process effectiveness\nKnowledge of data governance, workflow governance, access controls, and audit-readiness practices\nExperience evaluating AI-enabled or automation capabilities for business-process improvement\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow or other enterprise workflow and service-management platforms\nExperience with SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools\nFamiliarity with REST APIs, web services, and data integration concepts\nProficiency in JavaScript
