If you are building great distributed systems, micro-services architecture, and spatial data analytics, join us!\nResponsibilities\nHelp build the next generation of ArcGIS Business Analyst Enterprise, a product delivering state-of-the-art mapping and analytics capabilities to thousands of customers and users worldwide\nBuild highly-scalable and reliable distributed software for on-premises and the cloud to make maps, geographic information, and analyses available on any device, anywhere, at any time\nProvide a strong technical voice in the product development process and use the best tools available to design, develop, and deliver a high-quality distributed systems platform\nWork with a cross-functional global team of software engineers, product engineers, designers, product managers, and release engineers\nEnhance the capability of the ArcGIS Enterprise platform from feature inception to delivery, using bleeding edge technology\nSupport web services components that follow industry-standard design patterns, development methodologies, and deployment models\nBuild server-side Java components and web services to power user experience and geospatial workflows\nPrototype, design, develop, and deliver complete software features and products that can scale, are fault tolerant, and handle concurrent workloads\nDesign, architect, and build complete software features/products and underlying geospatial databases to meet customer requirements\nFind, analyze, and fix bugs/performance problems whenever and wherever they occur\nWork collaboratively with other teams to understand requirements and incorporate them into the software\nRequirements\nFive (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation\nMust demonstrate experience in C++, Python, Agile Software Development, Esri ArcObjects, ArcGIS Enterprise, RDBMS, Data Localization, and ArcGIS\nBachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, GIS, or a related field \nRecommended Qualifications\nTotal Rewards\nEsri’s competitive total rewards strategy includes industry-leading health and welfare benefits: medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance for employees (and their families), 401(k) and profit-sharing programs, minimum accrual of 80 hours of vacation leave, twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
