The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform configuration and management, Customer Journey Analytics(B2B), Adobe Web SDK and Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection, and will play a key role in ensuring reliable data flow, accurate reporting, and scalable solutions.\nThis role will also collaborate closely across the broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Marketo Engage to enable end-to-end customer data activation and insights.\nResponsibilities\nOwn and support enterprise implementations of Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP, ensuring scalability, stability, and performance\nDesign and manage end-to-end data collection architecture using Adobe Web SDK, Edge Network, and datastreams\nArchitect and govern XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and merge policies to ensure accurate profile stitching and audience qualification\nDevelop and maintain tagging solutions via Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection across multi-domain environments\nDevelop, troubleshoot and deploy Data Connections and Data Views in CJA\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data ingestion, identity, and cross-platform discrepancies (AEP, Analytics, CJA B2B, downstream systems)\nImplement data quality frameworks, validation processes, and Query Service-based checks\nDefine and enforce scalable, event-driven data layer standards (ACDL/EDDL)\nEnable audience segmentation and activation, and integrate datasets into Customer Journey Analytics for cross-channel insights\nImplement and manage consent and privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA), including integration with OneTrust\nPartner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions; support documentation, governance, and team enablement\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in digital analytics implementation and data collection architecture\nStrong hands-on experience with:Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)\nAEP Data Collection (Adobe Launch)\nAdobe Web SDK\n\nExperience implementing or supporting Real-Time CDP solutions\nExperience working with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web instrumentation\nExperience with XDM schema design, data modeling, and event-based tracking\nDeep understanding of data layer architecture and governance\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle\nStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills\nIncorporate appropriate security and data privacy safeguards into work activities, communications and deliverables to protect sensitive, confidential and regulated information.\nBachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related STEM field\nRecommended Qualifications\nExperience with AEP Edge Network and Server-Side Event Forwarding\nHands-on experience with identity resolution and profile stitching in CDP\nKnowledge of Adobe Analytics constructs (eVars, props, events, classifications)\nExperience integrating AEP with downstream destinations and APIs\nExperience integrating AEP with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Marketo Engage for activation use cases\nFamiliarity with multi-region/global data collection implementations\nExperience with Python or automation for data validation and monitoring\nExposure to other tag management systems (GTM, Tealium)\nExperience supporting enterprise-scale MarTech ecosystems\nTotal Rewards\nEsri’s competitive total rewards strategy includes industry-leading health and welfare benefits: medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance for employees (and their families), 401(k) and profit-sharing programs, minimum accrual of 80 hours of vacation leave, twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
