This position would be onsite with a customer at Quantico.\nResponsibilities\nWork closely with customers and partners to identify, design, and certify key GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform\nProvide platform configuration guidance and best practices to customers regarding innovative solutions using Esri technology and content to help them make better decisions\nIdentify the value of location within customer workflows and drive substantial return on their investment in Esri's enterprise platform and services\nDevelop and present complex GIS technical demonstrations to various levels of staff in a diverse range of customer organizations\nCollaborate with customer IT organizations to align their technical objectives and business goals with Esri's technology enterprise \nWork independently and as a team to execute project tasks, deliver services, and implement solutions\nGrow expertise in broad range of ArcGIS software components and business contexts\nRequirements\n8+ years of professional experience in a similar position, supporting similar responsibilities\nEagerness to work closely with customers to solve interesting problems\nProfessional experience designing, implementing, and/or administrating enterprise GIS solutions/systems that leverage the ArcGIS platform (desktop, server, and on-line)\nProven experience leveraging Esri's software capabilities including mapping, field operations, spatial analysis and data science, 3D visualization and analytics, data management, and developer APIs\nPro-actively craft and propose solutions that clarify how GIS brings business value to address critical business challenges faced by customers, specifically in the Defense and Intel domain\nAdvanced ArcGIS Platform Configuration skills\nAdvanced Programming and scripting experience with Python, Arcade, and/or HTML/JavaScript\nKnowledge in modeling and managing logical and topological network data\nSystem administration experience on Windows\nActive TS Security Clearance with SCI eligibility\nBachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or STEM related field\nRecommended Qualifications\nCompTIA Security+ certification\nMaster's degree in geography, computer science, mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or STEM related field\nDomain experience around Defense and Intelligence content workflows\nExperience with current technology implementation patterns, including service-oriented and cloud computing architecture\nSystem administration experience on Linux and Kubernetes\nExperience taking systems through the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process\nUnderstanding of IT integration concepts such as databases, web services, webhooks, mobile devices configurations, web browsers, IT system architecture concepts\nTotal Rewards\nEsri’s competitive total rewards strategy includes industry-leading health and welfare benefits: medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance for employees (and their families), 401(k) and profit-sharing programs, minimum accrual of 80 hours of vacation leave, twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
