The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with rough framing and residential construction and takes pride in producing quality work safely and efficiently.\nWe are looking for dependable, hardworking carpenters who are ready to get to work and contribute to a strong crew.\nResponsibilities\nPerform rough carpentry and framing work on residential and multifamily construction projects\nRead and interpret construction plans and layouts\nPerform wall, floor, roof, and structural framing\nMeasure, cut, and install lumber and other building materials\nAssist with layout, blocking, sheathing, and other framing tasks\nSafely operate common hand and power tools\nMaintain a clean and organized work area\nFollow project specifications, safety procedures, and supervisor direction\nWork efficiently as part of a construction crew\nComplete work with attention to quality, accuracy, and detail\nRequirements\nRequirements\nPrevious experience as a Rough Carpenter or Carpenter in residential construction\nMultifamily construction experience strongly preferred\nSolid understanding of rough framing and general carpentry\nAbility to read basic plans and measurements\nMust have your own basic carpentry tools\nMust have required PPE, including hard hat, safety vest, work boots, safety glasses, and work gloves\nReliable transportation to and from job sites\nAbility to work safely and efficiently in a construction environment\nStrong attendance and punctuality\nGreat work ethic and positive attitude\nAbility to take direction and work well with a crew\nIdeal Candidate\nThe ideal candidate is a reliable, hardworking carpenter who shows up on time, comes prepared with their tools and PPE, works safely, and takes pride in their work.
