Join us in making a real difference in the health of our community.\nJob Summary\nJob Summary: As a Site Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative operations to ensure the efficient functioning of the facility. Your role involves managing office workflows, supervising support staff, and implementing effective organizational processes. In addition, to handling day-to-day administrative tasks, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize office efficiency, manage schedules, and support the delivery of quality patient care. You will be responsible for managing site logistics, metro card distribution, and inventory control The Medical Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining compliance with various regulations and protocols, such as HR, OSHA, HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability), and other applicable standards.\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities but not limited to:\nOversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient care.\nMonitor center activity and patient flow to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in patient care.\nLead and manage a team of staff on-site, providing guidance, support, and training to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.\nOversee front desk staff, Medical Assistant, and Clinical Assistant functions to ensure patients' needs are promptly addressed and a high level of service is maintained.\nMaintain multiple clinician and employee schedules, ensuring optimal coverage.\nManage metro card distribution, maintaining accurate records of distribution and usage.\nPlace, accept, and decline inventory orders, keeping detailed usage logs for reconciliation purposes.\nConduct regular maintenance checks on medical equipment and ensure necessary repairs are promptly addressed.\nMonitor and enforce adherence to policies and protocols, ensuring compliance with HR, OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards.\nAudit staff timesheets prior to payroll submission to ensure accuracy and compliance.\nEnsure compliance with all applicable regulations, including HR, OSHA, HIPAA, and other standards.\nCommunicate with the General Manager regularly and provide status updates on site operations.\nCollaborate with the team to continuously improve processes, enhance patient, and staff satisfaction.\nPerform other duties as needed.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)\nAssociate degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred\nAt least 6 months of experience in a supervisory role within a medical office setting.\nProficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite\nFamiliarity with eCW is preferred.\nRequired Skills:\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.\nFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle diverse responsibilities.\nAttention to detail\nStrong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clinicians, employees, and
