Join us in making a real difference in the health of our community.\nJob Summary\nLocation: Bronx, NY Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Exempt\nJob summary: We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Analytics Manager to lead our analytics and business intelligence initiatives across our outpatient healthcare organization in the Bronx. This role will be responsible for building and overseeing a team that delivers actionable insights to support clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, patient access, and organizational growth. The ideal candidate has strong healthcare experience, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to turn complex data into practical strategies.\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities include:\nDevelop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals. \nOversee data collection, reporting, and visualization across all outpatient service lines. \nPartner with clinical, operational, and executive leadership to identify performance trends and key metrics. \nDesign dashboards and performance tracking tools to improve decision-making and accountability. \nAnalyze patient access, provider productivity, appointment utilization, and population health data. \nCollaborate with IT and EHR teams to ensure data integrity and interoperability. \nLead data governance efforts and ensure compliance with HIPAA and data privacy regulations. \nMentor and manage a team of analysts and data scientists. \nPresent insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner. \nQualifications\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Health Informatics, Public Health, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred). \n7-10+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in outpatient or healthcare settings. \nProven experience in leading data teams and cross-functional projects. \nStrong knowledge of healthcare KPIs: patient volume, provider FTE, visit conversion, no-show rates, etc. \nProficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL, Excel, and analytics platforms. \nFamiliarity with EHR systems \nExcellent communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working with underserved or urban healthcare populations. \nKnowledge
